I. Self-evaluation of qualification (technicians).


The self-evaluation tool allows users to identify their qualifications (in terms of learning outcomes: knowledge, competences and skills) linked to the qualification expected by the companies of the sector for a specific job.

At the end of the process, users can identify the knowledge, competences and skills they need to improve their situation in the labor market in the sector. Thus, the user can develop their own lifelong learning path, suitable to the characteristics of their own professional profile.
